Pear reSET-O® 1.15.0

reSET-O® is a 12-week prescription digital therapeutic for patients with opioid use disorder who are undergoing outpatient treatment. It serves as an adjunct to outpatient treatment, including transmucosal buprenorphine and contingency management. This therapy is specifically for patients who are currently under the supervision of a clinician. reSET-O® stands out as the only FDA-authorized prescription digital therapeutic that has been clinically proven to enhance treatment retention for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder (1,2).

reSET-O is a Prescription Digital Therapeutic—a unique form of therapy prescribed by doctors to assist in treatment. When used in combination with buprenorphine medication-assisted therapy, it allows you to continue your work towards recovery on your smartphone or tablet, providing the convenience of accessing new skills and support at any time and from anywhere.

Important Safety Information:

• Do not use reSET-O in emergency situations
• reSET-O does not have alert features to notify your clinician
• If you have thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
• reSET-O is available in English and Spanish for patients who are familiar with smartphone applications
• You need internet or wireless connection access to upload data periodically
• Keep your user name and password confidential and do not share them with others
• reSET-O may contain and transmit protected health information and/or personally identifiable information
• reSET-O is not a replacement for care provided by your healthcare provider and should not be used as a stand-alone therapy for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
• Continue taking your prescribed medications as directed by your provider
• The long-term benefits of reSET-O beyond 12 weeks have not been evaluated in studies conducted on the OUD population
• The ability of reSET-O to prevent potential relapse after therapy discontinuation has not been studied
